Ledger

The money hub — everything you buy and sell, with net cashflow, a unified activity log, and per-set analytics.

Silvane Pro

The Ledger is a Pro feature. See Silvane Pro.

The Ledger is where the money you move on cards lives. Your collection already tells you what your cards are worth — the Ledger tells you what actually moved: what you spent on singles, what you made selling them, and where it went, set by set.

It's one place with three tabs along the bottom, the same way a deck navigates: Overview, Sales and Purchases. The two ledgers stay separate worlds — each with its own list, statuses and flows — and the Overview reads across both.

Only paid money counts

Every number in the Ledger's read surfaces — the Overview, the activity log, the export, Top sets — counts only orders marked Paid. An unpaid sale or purchase lives in its tab until the money actually moves; mark it Paid and it joins the books.

The Overview

The landing tab is a dashboard:

  • Net, In and Out — big numbers for the selected period: what came in from sales, what went out to purchases, and the difference.
  • The period selector — This month, 3M, This year, All, plus a calendar button that opens the same date filter the Sales lists use (Last month, Last year, or any custom range). The active period is always named right above the numbers.
  • The monthly chart — the last seven months of in (green) and out (blue), side by side. Tap a bar and that month becomes the period: the big numbers switch to it and the bar highlights. Tap it again to go back to where you were.

Top sets

Once you have real history (more than a few paid orders), a Top sets card appears under the chart: the five sets where the most money moved, with a Sold / Bought toggle, amounts, card counts and proportional bars.

  • Tap a set to see exactly which cards made that number — a card grid in the binder's visual language (it even follows your card-size preference), with a copy count on each tile and its amount below. Tap any card to open its detail.
  • View more opens the full breakdown: every set, ranked by Value or Cards, filterable by Sold / Bought and by date — and a grid button that shows every card across all sets under the active filters.

Set numbers are card money only: an order's shipping, fees and discount belong to the order, not to a set.

Activity

View all on the Overview's Recent activity opens the full log: every paid sale and purchase in one timeline, newest first. Search by buyer or vendor, filter by All / Sold / Bought and by date, and tap any row to open the sale or purchase behind it.

Export

The download button exports exactly what the active filters show as a CSV — type, counterpart, date, cards and amount per row — and hands it to the share sheet. The file opens directly in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets, ready for your own accounting.

The two ledgers

  • Sales — who bought what, for how much, and where each deal stands. Receipt links, batches, and the pick list that unloads sold cards out of your binders.
  • Purchases — what you paid, to whom, with shipping, fees and discounts — and the load list that puts arriving cards into your binders, stamping what they cost you.
