Get in

In the app — Silvane runs on Android and iOS. Get it on Google Play or the App Store.

On the web — go to silvane.app and sign in. Nothing to install, and it is the same account and the same collection.

Start wherever suits you. Everything you own is readable and editable from either surface, and the two sync within seconds.

What is on which surface

The app is the fuller surface. These features have no web screen:

• Scan — the camera scanner.
• The Ledger — sales, purchases and activity.
• Loans.
• Rules — the rules browser and the Rules Judge.
• Top movers.
• Backups, import history and Recently deleted.
• Notifications and the tag manager.
• Simulate — the multi-thousand-hand opening-hand run.
• Creating a folder for binders, lists, views or decks.

Three things are web-only:

• Deck Studio — the wide deck-building workspace.
• This manual and the blog.
• The MCP setup page, where you connect Claude or ChatGPT.

Create an account

Sign in with Google, Apple or an email and password. In the app it is the Profile tab → Sign in or create account; on the web it is the Sign in button in the header, which also registers.

In the app you can start without an account. Silvane signs you in as a guest, and a guest can add cards, scan and build decks. Signing in later keeps everything: the credentials attach to the same user.

On the web there is no guest. silvane.app needs a real account before it shows you anything of your own.

Create your first binder

Cards need somewhere to live, so start with a binder — the digital twin of a real album or box. In the app's Collection tab, tap ＋ and name it; a color helps telling binders apart. On the web, use + in the header.

Binders hold cards you own. Their sibling, lists, hold cards you want. See Building your collection.

Add your first cards

There are three ways to get cards into Silvane, in increasing order of speed:

1. Search and add — find any card in Search, pick the exact printing, and add it to your binder.
2. Scan — point the app's camera at real cards and let the scanner identify the exact printing, including set and collector number.
3. Import — bring a whole collection or deck from a CSV file, another app, or a URL. See Importing.
