Recently deleted

Binders, lists, decks, folders and cards you delete go to Recently deleted instead of vanishing. The screen is app-only: Profile → Data & Backups → Recently deleted. It needs an account and a connection.

Deleting on the web puts things here too, so a deletion made in a browser is restored from the app.

How it works

• It holds more than collections: binders, lists, decks, folders, individual cards, tags and watchlist items all pass through it.
• Deleted items stay for 30 days, then purge automatically.
• Restoring and erasing work per deletion batch — deleting a binder is one entry, and restoring it brings its cards back with it (individual cherry-picking inside a batch isn't a thing).
• A restored folder comes back empty, inside the folder it was in if that one is still there, at the top level otherwise. What it held stayed where deleting it moved it.
• To erase a batch now, tap the trash button next to Restore, then Delete.
• A binder or list deleted offline leaves the app right away and arrives here, with its cards, once you're back online.
• Deleting part of a card is recoverable too. Delete the foil copy of a card you also hold in normal and the screen lists those copies — "1 copy · from binder …" — and restoring puts them back on the card, or brings the card back if it has gone in the meantime.
• It holds what you deleted, nothing else. Copies that left a collection because they went somewhere — moved into another binder or a deck, merged into another binder or list, sold, consumed by a Build, re-filed under another condition — are not deletions and never appear here: restoring them would duplicate copies you still have.

Quotas

Deleting something frees its quota slot immediately — trash never counts against your limits. The quota check happens on restore instead: if restoring a binder would put a free account over its 3-binder limit, the restore is blocked until you make room (erase a batch, or delete something else) or upgrade to Silvane Pro.
