Card detail

Card detail is the full page of one card. It exists in three places: the app's card screen, the web's card drawer and the web's card page. On a phone, most lists of cards open the card quick view first, and its Details opens card detail.

The card quick view

On a phone, a tap on a card in a list shows it large over the dimmed list, with the cards beside it peeking at the sides. A sheet under it holds the card's summary and the actions of that list. On a tablet, the same tap opens card detail in the side panel, as before.

It opens from:

• Search: the results (Owned search too), Last viewed and the card rows of the landing.
• A set page, a card's prints, and a Secret Lair drop, including its Prints table.
• A deck while it is locked, its Ideas tabs, a combo's cards and its Value tab.
• Binders, lists, Owned, views, Collection Value, the ledger, sales, purchases and loans.
• Price alerts, and the suggested cards of Price Alerts and the watchlist.

The sheet shows:

• The name. A tap on it copies the name (Name copied). A card in another language reads with its printed name first and the English name after it, as in 意志の力 (Force of Will).
• The set, the collector number, the price in your price source and, when it is known, its 7-day change.
• Chips: the finish, the language, how many copies you own, and, where the list has them, the condition, Commander, the proxy, not tracked or shared mark, For trade, Want and the card's tags. Past four tags, the rest show as +N.
• A Share button (the card's page on silvane.app) and an Add to tray button beside the chips.
• The actions. Which ones depends on the list:

On your own deck, a binder or a list, a Tags chip after the tags opens the tag picker.

Add to and Move open the destination picker, sorted by Last used until you pick another order. It opens on the tab of the destination you used last. In the app, the button beside its search opens Sort by: Last used, Recently created or Alphabetical, ascending or descending. On the web, its Sort by menu offers the same three. The order is saved on your account and applies to Add to and Move to, in the app and on the web.

On the web, a card's ⋯ menu in your own binder, list or deck has Move to under Add to. A commander's tile has no Move to.

Swipe sideways on the card to move to the next or previous card, in the order the list shows them; the list behind scrolls along. A double-faced card has a turn button in its corner. Drag the sheet down, tap the dimmed list or press Android's back to close it. While it is open, iOS's back swipe does nothing.

Details opens card detail over the quick view. Swiping there moves through the same list, and coming back, the quick view is on the card you ended on.

In the app

One screen. A tap on the card's name copies it. Opened from a list on a phone, a swipe sideways moves to the next or previous card of that list, in the order it shows them; from a deck, that is the order of the Deck tab, and back returns to the deck in one step.

The buttons:

• … at the top right opens Alerts, Watchlist, Share image and Share link. Share image asks for a size, Small, Normal, Large or Full size, then opens the share sheet, which can also save it. Share link sends the print's page on silvane.app.
• + at the bottom offers Add to and, when a binder or list holds this printing, Edit copies.
• The button above + adds one copy to the Tray.

The sections, in this default order:

• Card image — open it to zoom; double-faced cards get a face carousel.
• Card info — name, type line, set, collector number, rarity, language and artist. The artist chip re-runs search for their other cards.
• Pricing — chart, range stats and the per-store comparison. See Card prices.
• In your collection — every binder, list and tracked deck holding this card, with quantities you can edit in place. A commander appears as its own deck line. A line that is listed but not counted says so: Considering · not counted, Proxy · not counted, Not tracked · not counted, or Shared copy · counted once for a copy several decks share. See Proxies, untracked cards and shared copies. The section's header counts every copy, lists included.
• In your ledger — every sale and purchase of this exact print: who it went to or came from, the date, and each line's condition, finish, copies and price per copy. The header sums the copies bought and sold, and tapping an order opens it. It is part of the Ledger, so it is Pro, and it appears only on a print you have bought or sold.
• Other prints — the same card across sets and languages, with your owned copies marked.
• Appears in — the card's place in the wider game. See below.
• In boosters — the boosters this print comes out of. See below.
• Oracle text — rules text, localized on foreign prints with a one-tap English toggle.
• Back face — the reverse of a double-faced card.
• Legality and Rules and Notes — format legality and official rulings.

On the web

Two surfaces, both with a fixed layout.

The card drawer slides over whatever you were reading. It opens on the finish of the row you came from: open a foil tile, a foil watchlist row or a foil sale line and the drawer starts on foil, as long as that printing comes in it. Signed in, it carries Add and Add to tray.

The card page is a permanent address, and the ↗ in the drawer's header opens it. Only the page draws the price history chart; the drawer does not.

Both carry Rules and Notes, Other prints, Legality, In your collection and Appears in. Neither has In your ledger or In boosters: the Ledger and the Booster Guide are app-only.

Appears in

One row per place the card shows up:

• EDHREC — on commander-eligible cards: the card's standing when it is in EDHREC's top 100, or a link to its commander page. Opens EDHREC in the browser.
• Precon — the preconstructed decks this exact printing shipped in.
• Secret Lair — every drop and product this exact printing is in, one row each. A drop's own card shows the drop's name alone; otherwise the name is followed by its role: Bonus, Purchase gift, In the box, Prize or Token. Panharmonicon (SLD 605) is a Bonus card in 43 drops.
• Format meta — competitive lists currently playing the card, per format.
• Cycles and lists — the land cycle or the cycle of spells the card belongs to, Game Changers and the Reserved List. A row opens a search with every card of that family, one row per card (on the web, in a new tab).

Precon and meta rows open the full deck list. A Secret Lair row opens the drop's page; a purchase gift's row opens its superdrop's page. A basic land lists no format meta decks. Past six rows, Show all N opens the rest and Show less folds them back.

Precon and meta rows are looked up online. In the app, Secret Lair rows seen once also show offline, and cycles and lists always do. The section hides itself when there is nothing to show.

In boosters

In the app, one row per booster the print comes out of: the set, the booster, and the chance per pack for each finish, as in 1 in 40. A row opens that booster's What's inside. The section hides itself when the print is in no booster, and until the Booster Guide has loaded once.

Customize the layout

Settings → Card detail layout drags sections into your own order and hides the ones you don't use. The card image always stays on top. Changes apply to any open card and sync to your other devices, and Reset restores the default order. Hiding a section also skips its data loading.

A section added by an update joins a layout you had already arranged at the end, visible, so nothing you set moves. Drag it where you want it, or hide it.
