Decks

Creating & editing decks

Boards, formats, folders and the deck screen.

Create a deck

The Decks tab's offers three actions: Create Deck, Create Folder and Import Deck. Create Deck asks for a name and a format (Commander is the default), and the same sheet holds the optional extras: the Tracked switch, a folder, and the commander picker. Legality is checked as you build (Legality — six formats have rule sets).

Adding cards

Adding lives behind the deck bar's Add button, which offers three ways in — the same chooser binders and lists have:

  • Scan — the camera opens locked onto the deck: committing the tray drops the cards straight into the mainboard, no destination picker.
  • Search — the card search; every tap on a printing's finish chip drops a copy into the active board.
  • Import — paste a decklist or a URL.

(The search field inside the deck screen does something different: it filters the cards already in the board — it never adds.)

Every entry stores its exact printing and finish, and you can move cards between the three boards:

  • Mainboard — the deck itself.
  • Sideboard — for formats that use one.
  • Considering — a parking lot for cards you're testing; they don't count toward deck totals or legality.

Bulk import into a deck also works — paste a decklist or use a URL. See Importing.

Editing cards in the deck

Three interactions cover everything, driven by the Lock toggle:

  • Locked (view mode): tapping a card opens its card detail page.
  • Unlocked (edit mode): tapping a card surfaces its actions bar — quantity steppers, finish, and moving between boards.
  • Long-press a card (either mode) to enter multi-select and work on many cards at once from the bulk bar.

Organizing decks

Group decks into folders — long-press a folder for its actions (Edit to rename/recolor, Delete; deck folders don't reorder, the list follows the sort). Deleting a folder keeps its decks — they move to the top level. Deleting a deck sends it (and its cards) to the recycle bin and releases any copies it reserved.

Free plan

5 decks and 1 deck folder on Free; unlimited on Pro.

Duplicating and cloning

The copy tools differ by what kind of deck you're looking at:

  • Your own decksDuplicate (in the Actions sheet) makes another deck from it. To send cards to a binder or list instead, long-press → multi-select the cards and use the bulk bar's Add/Move.
  • Precons and Secret Lair drops (read-only) — Clone copies the whole thing into a new deck, a binder or a list. Handy for "buylist this precon" or "turn this drop into a wants list". See Precons & Secret Lair.
